Are you looking for the best weight loss program for you and need to be pointed in the right direction? Maybe you're ready to purchase some exercise equipment and aren't quite sure where to start? Even if all you want is to find the best weight loss program that will deliver meals to your home so you don't have to cook or count calories, I'm here to help! 

I'll start with my disclaimer. I do not believe in the do-it-yourself weight loss approach. I have been 10 - 15 pounds overweight for most of my life and tried various methods on my own to lose weight. I would skip meals or eat 'good foods' for a few days in a row and then reward myself with something I really wanted to eat. On top of that I would exercise very infrequently. For years I was on an endless see-saw.  I would have some measure of weight loss success and then slowly gain the weight back.   

I gave birth to my first child in June 2005. I gained close to 60 pounds during my pregnancy and struggled to lose my pregnancy weight using the do-it-yourself approach. I quickly realized that I needed help... and fast. I started my search for the best weight loss program when my son was four months old. I was so overwhelmed!  It seemed like there were thousands of weight loss programs available - each one claiming to be the BEST weight loss program.  I read some reviews online and decided to join some of the most popular weight loss programs.  It was a journey but I'm happy to say that within ten months I was back to my size 8 self and wearing all of my pre-pregnancy clothes again. If I had found the best weight loss program ten months ago, I could have had that weight off in half the time!

Don't waste months of your life like I did trying to find the best weight loss program.  I've tried many of the most popular weight loss programs available today - some great and some not so great.  I have provided a review of the best ones on this site.

A good fitness routine is a huge part of the weight loss process so I've also included exercise equipment recommendations. Besides making you look and feel better, a good fitness routine will help increase your energy level so you can get more out of each day without feeling exhausted.
